- Social Media Management: Manage our social media channels, including responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Metrics Analysis: Analyze metrics to optimize our social media strategy, including engagement rates, follower growth, and conversions.
- Promote the company's products and services through social media channels.
IT:
- Network Administration: Manage and maintain our computer network, including hardware, software, and internet connectivity.
- IT Support: Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining computer equipment and software.
