We are seeking a Social Media Associate to elevate our social media presence and engagement. As a vital part of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating content, managing social media channels, and fostering meaningful interactions with our online community.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Work with the graphics team to create visually appealing and shareable graphics, images, and videos.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms in a timely and positive manner.
  • Foster a sense of community and engagement among followers.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive user engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
  • Track key performance metrics on social media platforms.
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and audience engagement.

Job Requirement

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or related roles.
  • Demonstrated success in managing social media channels for a brand.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

  • In-depth understanding of major social media platforms.
  • Proficient in social media management tools and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for visual content.
  • Ability to adapt to changing trends and technologies.
