Role Summary:

The Social Media/ Brand Strategist is responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the company’s brand visibility and reputation, particularly in showcasing construction projects. He/ She is in charge of managing digital presence, content creation, and brand storytelling to engage stakeholders and attract new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement brand and social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  2. Create engaging content (text, images, video) highlighting construction projects and company expertise.
  3. Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms.
  4. Monitor online engagement and prepare analytics reports.
  5. Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  6. Develop branding materials (brochures, presentations, project profiles).
  7. Ensure brand consistency across digital and offline channels.
  8. Collaborate with business development team on pitches and proposals.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (often preferred, but strong portfolios may substitute).
  2. Certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Strategy are advantageous.
  3. Understanding of Nigerian data privacy laws and implications
  4. 3+ years’ experience in branding, social media management, or corporate communications.
  5. Strong knowledge of content creation, digital campaigns, and analytics tools.
  6. Graphic design and video editing skills are an advantage.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  8. Familiarity with construction or real estate industry is a plus.
