About the Role
- As our Social Media & Community Engagement Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our online presence.
- You’ll manage our Discord server and Social Media handles, driving meaningful engagements and ensuring our communities are active.
- From brainstorming daily technical content to analysing engagement metrics, your role will be essential in connecting us with our audience.
What you'll be doing:
- Discord Management: Actively manage and moderate our Discord community, fostering a positive, innovative and inclusive community atmosphere.
- Content Creation: Create and publish engaging technical content daily across our social media platforms, including infographics, posts, and short-form videos.
- Engagement Strategy: Drive interactions on our social media channels, responding to comments, initiating discussions, and building relationships with our audience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse engagement metrics, providing insights to refine our social media strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure content is aligned with our brand voice and goals.
- Trendspotting: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and emerging platforms, incorporating innovative ideas into our content strategy.
Our ideal candidate should have the following:
- Industry Experience: Prior experience managing social media channels within the Web3 industry, particularly on Twitter and Discord.
- Effective Communicator: Possess strong communication skills, coupled with a genuine interest in the Web3 space.
- Industry Engagement: Actively participate in the Web3 industry, staying updated on trends and events, which allows you to create timely and relevant content.
- Partnership Builder: Excel at establishing partnerships with projects and networks, enhancing our community’s reach and impact.
