Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking a reliable and professional Social Media coordinator & administrator to join her dynamic team to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth while supporting overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions professionally.
  • Maintain and manage a content calendar aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all platforms.
  • Track social media performance and stay updated with trends and platform changes.
  • Managing online, in-person, and phone bookings
  • Processing payment transactions
  • Providing printing services
  • Maintaining records of daily visitors
  • Managing office internet/network systems.

Requirements

  • Must reside within a reasonable distance of Ketu / Shangisha, Lagos.
  • Must be tech savvy and proficient in the use of all social media platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong knowledge of Windows based systems.
  • Minimum qualification of OND, HND, BSC, or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
