Job Summary
- The Social Media & Graphics Specialist is responsible for managing the fintech brand’s social media presence, creating engaging digital content, and designing visual assets that enhance customer engagement, brand awareness, and product adoption.
- This role combines creativity, analytics, and fintech understanding to deliver campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage community interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, fintech news, and competitors’ strategies.
- Design visual assets including banners, infographics, posters, presentations, and ads for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging multimedia content (images, short videos, GIFs) to support product launches, promotions, and awareness campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency in all digital content and communication.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to design campaigns that drive fintech adoption and user engagement.
- Implement paid social media campaigns and optimize performance based on analytics.
- Conduct A/B testing of content and visuals to determine effectiveness.
- Track and analyze KPIs such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
- Use insights to improve content, campaign strategy, and ROI.
- Work with Product and Customer Support teams to communicate fintech updates, promotions, and educational content.
- Support internal presentations, pitch decks, and investor communication with high-quality graphics.
- Assist in the development of brand guidelines, templates, and visual identity.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related fields.
- 5–7 years’ experience in social media management and graphic design, preferably in fintech, banking, or technology sectors.
- Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Experience with social media scheduling, analytics, and management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and engagement metrics.
- Knowledge of fintech products, digital wallets, and payment systems is a plus.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
