Job Scope

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence across various platforms, developing engaging contents, and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive user engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage and maintain all social media accounts including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, & LinkedIn.
  • Contribute to developing concept, creating and curating high-quality, engaging content including text, image, and video posts.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze key metrics and performance indicators to track the success of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with other team members including graphic designers and content creators to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices.
  • Deliver on other tasks as assigned by the creative Manger.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience on the job
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for FMCGs, Power & Energy brands or businesses.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Digital Marketing.
  • A passion for social media and digital marketing.
