Job Description
- Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our brand and services across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and curate engaging content, including posts, videos, graphics, and other multimedia assets, that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand identity.
- Manage all social media accounts, including daily monitoring, posting, scheduling, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media campaigns and promotions that support business objectives, such as project/property listings and land promotion.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our social media strategy to optimize performance and stay ahead of the competition.
- Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and generate insights for future strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, news, and developments in the real estate market to create relevant and timely content that positions the company as a thought leader in the industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, industry professionals, and relevant stakeholders to expand our reach and enhance our brand reputation.
