We are seeking a skilled and proactive Social Media Manager to lead and manage our social media presence across all relevant platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, managing daily social media activities, engaging with our audience, and using analytics to drive growth and brand visibility.

This role requires creativity, initiative, and a strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Planning ;

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's brand and business objectives.
  • Plan and manage social media content calendars across all platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the company's online presence and improve engagement.

Content Creation & Publishing;

  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content including posts, images, videos, and stories.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company’s tone, branding, and messaging guidelines.

Community Management;

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions across social media platforms.
  • Foster positive relationships with followers and customers.
  • Escalate customer concerns or inquiries to the appropriate internal teams where necessary.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting;

  • .Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics including reach, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Use insights and analytics to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
  • Provide periodic reports and recommendations to management.

Trend Monitoring & Innovation;

  • Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Recommend innovative strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools or design platforms is an advantage. Non?Negotiable Requirements
  • Demonstrated skill and hands-on experience in social media management.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Strong understanding of formal workplace etiquette and professional communication.
