Key Responsibilities

- Develop visually appealing, on-brand content (photos, videos, and graphics) highlighting projects, design inspirations, and company services.
- Curate design trends and share relevant industry content.
Social Media Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Tailor strategies for platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Community Management
- Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions, engaging with followers to build relationships and address inquiries.
- Interact with clients, industry influencers, and potential collaborators.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotions, or events in alignment with the company's services.
- Highlight completed projects, behind-the-scenes processes, and design trends.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze the performance of posts, campaigns, and follower growth.
- Provide monthly reports and actionable insights to improve social media strategies.
Collaboration
- Work with interior designers, photographers, and other creative teams to capture project visuals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for cohesive branding and promotional efforts.
Trend Spotting and Innovation
- Stay updated with social media trends, interior design styles, and competitor activities.
- Implement creative ideas like 360-degree project tours, mood board inspiration reels, or design tips.
Ad Management
- Create and optimize paid social media ads to target prospective clients.
- Focus on geographic targeting for local projects and high-income audiences.
Platform-Specific Initiatives
- Pinterest: Develop and optimize boards for lead generation and design inspiration.
- TikTok/Instagram Reels: Showcase transformation videos, styling tips, or client testimonials.
Key Requirements
Educational Background
- Degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the interior design or luxury industry.
- Portfolio showcasing creative content, campaigns, and successful social media growth.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later).
- Basic video editing skills for Reels/TikTok content.
Aesthetic Eye
- A strong understanding of design principles, color palettes, and interior design aesthetics.
- Ability to create visually cohesive content that aligns with the brand's style.
Strategic Thinking
- Ability to analyze audience demographics and develop tailored content strategies.
- Understanding of SEO and how to leverage it for social media.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Industry Knowledge
- Familiarity with interior design terminology, materials, and trends.
