Position Overview

  • We are looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across all relevant channels.
  • This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of current social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, captions) tailored to each platform.
  • Schedule, post, and monitor content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Grow and manage the company’s social media communities, responding to comments and messages promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns (optional, if applicable).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

SEO Skills & Competency Description:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Proven ability to optimize website content and social media posts to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic. Skilled in keyword research, on-page SEO, meta descriptions, header tags, and internal linking strategies.
  • Content Optimization: Able to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with target audience interests while adhering to best practices for search engines.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Experienced in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to monitor website performance, analyze traffic patterns, and adjust strategies for maximum results.
  • Technical SEO Awareness: Knowledge of site structure, URL optimization, page speed, mobile-friendliness, and other technical factors that influence search rankings.
