Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, and video) to drive audience interaction.
- Monitor social media trends, track performance analytics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
- Analyze metrics (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) is a plus.
- Experience with video and content creation
- Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and stay updated with digital trends.
Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 Monthly.
