Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company’s overall marketing and branding goals in the music industry.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to align with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) across platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Foster strong relationships with followers, influencers, and industry professionals.
  • Initiate and participate in relevant online conversations to boost brand engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize campaigns.
  • Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns for increased reach and conversions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools, particularly those relevant to the music industry.
  • Experience in creating content that resonates with music fans, including video, audio, and interactive elements.
  • Knowledge of music culture, artists, and trends across various genres.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with social media analytics and tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
  • A passion for music and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies in the music industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects.
