Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies for social media.
- Create compelling written, visual, and video content that aligns with brand messaging and business goals.
- Manage and grow social media presence by posting regularly, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Research industry trends and competitor content to identify opportunities for engagement and improvement.
- Collaborate with Digital Communications teams to produce high-quality multimedia content.
- Optimize content for social media algorithms to drive traffic and engagement.
- Track and analyze content performance, using insights to improve future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience as a Social Media Manager.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong portfolio of content work.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
- Understanding of social media algorithms, keyword research, and content optimization strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong research and analytical skills to measure content performance and audience engagement.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
