JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a strategic social media plan to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms
- Create compelling content that resonates with target audience and effectively communicate our mission and vision
- Schedule and publish social media posts on a regular basis
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Track social media analytics and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the communications team to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms
- Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages
- Analyze data to determine if social media campaigns have achieved their objectives
- Collaborate with marketing domain in creating and implementing effective online/offline marketing strategies
- Grow the company’s social media presence into new social media platforms
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and resourceful, with a knack for creating engaging content
- Ability to work independently, priotize tasks and manage time effectively
- Passionate about digital media
- Build and nurture relationships with our online community including followers and partners
- Ability to produce high quality content for both website and social media channels
- Proficiency in social media management platforms and analytics tools
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
- Must reside in lagos
EDUCATION
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, digital media or any other related course.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms is a plus
- Community management is also a plus
- Must have completed NYSC
