Job Description:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Create and curate compelling content for social media posts, including text, images, and videos.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer inquiries, and feedback, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content and engagement strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of different platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and design skills for content creation.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools.
