Job Summary:

  • The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • This role involves managing social media accounts, creating compelling content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to align with business goals and enhance brand presence.
  • Manage and create content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and emerging platforms to drive innovation.
  • Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement paid social media campaigns and manage advertising budgets effectively.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
