About the Role
- We’re looking for a creative, forward-thinking, and highly proactive individual to own our brand’s voice and online presence.
- This role is all about bringing fresh ideas to the table, creating impactful content, and being the face of the brand across multiple platforms.
- You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling stories, breaking down complex concepts into relatable messages, and ensuring our brand stays relevant, engaging, and ahead of the curve.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Communications:
- Conceptualize and execute creative ideas that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality content (images, videos, captions) across Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Serve as the face and voice of the brand in digital spaces, including video content and live sessions.
- Translate complex information into simple, engaging, and audience-friendly content.
- Monitor social media trends, insights, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and competitive.
- Plan and implement online campaigns, promotions, and brand collaborations.
- Track and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion).
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND or HND / BSc Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in social media management, communications, or digital marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong storytelling ability and creative thinking skills.
- Comfortable being on camera and representing the brand publicly.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
