Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the resort's overall marketing goals.
- Conduct regular social media audits to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, and written copy, that highlights the resort's unique offerings, experiences, and ambiance.
- Develop a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and curate content that resonates with our target audience.
- Actively engage with our followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a strong online community by encouraging usergenerated content and running interactive campaigns.
- Monitor brand reputation and address any negative feedback promptly and effectively.
- Manage and optimize our social media profiles on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and publish content to maximize reach and engagement.
- Analyze social media analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and bookings.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of paid campaigns to optimize ROI.
- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to promote the resort and reach a wider audience.
- Manage influencer partnerships, including contract negotiations, campaign execution, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
