Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to amplify our brand\'s digital presence. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy, creating compelling content, and engaging our online community. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and supporting our overall marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement a robust social media strategy that aligns with our brand vision and marketing goals.
  • Oversee the production and curation of engaging content (images, videos, and copy) tailored to our target audience across all social media platforms (Twitter experience is compulsory)
  • Actively manage and grow our online community by interacting with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering relationships with influencers and key stakeholders.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor social media advertising campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, measure success, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and PR teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital channels.
  • Stay current on social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
  • Attend key brand events and photoshoots as needed to capture live content and extend our digital storytelling.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrable expertise in managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn) and utilizing analytics tools.
  • Exceptional content creation skills with a keen eye for design and detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • A creative mindset combined with strategic thinking and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
