Position Overview:

  • We are looking for a talented individual tfill the role of Social Media Manager with a diverse skill set. In this position, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative social media strategies, creating engaging content, and driving sales.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of writing, graphics design, SEO, and YouTube monetization skills televate our online presence and maximize revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Create visually appealing and engaging content daily (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms.
  • Design graphics, images, and other visual elements tsupport social media campaigns and promotions.

Social Media Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify target audience, trends, and insights tdevelop engaging content.
  • Leverage SEbest practices toptimize content for search engines and enhance discoverability.
  • Stay up tdate with changes in social media platforms and tools, and adjust the strategy as needed.

Social Media Advertising:

  • Create and manage social media advertising campaigns tpromote products, services, and events.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance based on key metrics such as click-through rates and conversions.
  • Budget management for paid social media campaigns.

Sales Conversion:

  • Utilize social media platforms tgenerate leads and convert them intsales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team talign strategies and ensure consistency in messaging.

YouTube Channel Monitization:

  • Manage and optimize our YouTube channel, focusing on increasing subscribers and maximizing monetization opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of YouTube policies and algorithm changes tenhance channel performance.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools ttrack and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports with actionable insights timprove strategy and results.
  • Monitor SEand web traffic metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a focus on content creation and sales.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Familiarity with YouTube channel management and monetization strategies.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability tthink strategically about social media initiatives.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management with a focus on diverse skill sets.
