- Stay up tdate with changes in social media platforms and tools, and adjust the strategy as needed.
Social Media Advertising:
- Create and manage social media advertising campaigns tpromote products, services, and events.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance based on key metrics such as click-through rates and conversions.
- Budget management for paid social media campaigns.
Sales Conversion:
- Utilize social media platforms tgenerate leads and convert them intsales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team talign strategies and ensure consistency in messaging.
YouTube Channel Monitization:
- Manage and optimize our YouTube channel, focusing on increasing subscribers and maximizing monetization opportunities.
- Stay abreast of YouTube policies and algorithm changes tenhance channel performance.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools ttrack and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a focus on content creation and sales.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Familiarity with YouTube channel management and monetization strategies.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

Education and Experience:
