Role Overview:
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing an engaging social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Creating and managing high-quality content (graphics, videos, and copy) to showcase our rooms, restaurant, pool area, and overall guest experience.
- Engaging with our audience, responding to comments/messages, and fostering community engagement.
- Running paid advertising campaigns and tracking performance metrics.
- Collaborating with influencers, photographers, and videographers to create compelling content.
- Monitoring trends in social media and hospitality marketing to keep Nordic Hotel Lagos ahead of the curve.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in social media management (hospitality or lifestyle industry preferred).
- Strong content creation skills (graphics, short-form videos, and engaging captions).
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools.
- Experience with Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media analytics tools.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and brand storytelling.
