We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our online presence and strengthen our brand visibility across social media platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content that engages our audience, increases brand awareness, and drives business growth.
This role operates on a hybrid work structure with 3 days on-site and 2 days off-site weekly.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
Manage daily social media activities including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to improve performance.
Analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports to track growth and engagement.
Requirements
Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content scheduling tools.
Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategy.
