Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Content Creation: Edit long-form videos into short, impactful reels, shorts, and TikToks. Focus on capturing engaging moments to create compelling clips that hook the audience.
  • Social Media Management: Manage posting schedules across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring consistent engagement and brand presence.
  • Still Graphics Creation: Use Canva to design still graphics that align with the brand’s message and aesthetic.
  • Faith-Based Content: Ensure all content reflects the organization’s faith-based ethos and core values.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to develop content that supports the overall brand strategy and stay current on social media trends.
  • Audience Engagement: Respond to comments and build meaningful interactions with the online community.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Increased Engagement: Grow the social media following and engagement through effective content creation and posting strategies.
  • Creative Content: Deliver high-quality video edits and graphics that capture the essence of the organization’s mission.

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a strong portfolio showcasing video editing and content creation.

  • Graphic Design: Experience with Canva to create visually appealing graphics.
