Job Description

  • We are Looking for a very Creative and Experienced Social Media Manager to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Wellness and Beauty Retail space, as well a passion for leveraging social media to drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
  • This role involves creating and executing social media strategies, managing online presence, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals and target audience.
  • Identify key social media trends and insights to inform content creation and marketing strategies.
  • Create and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Whatsapp, LinkedIn, X and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the other team members to create high-quality visuals, videos, and written content.
  • Buile a strong online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and encouraging user-generated content.
  • Monitor and manage the company's online reputation, addressing any issues or negative feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hoot suite, or Sprout Social.
  • Provide regular reports on social media campaigns’ performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with other internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive brand message and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with influencers and partners to expand the company’s reach and impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends.
  • Experiment with new content formats and platforms to drive innovation and audience growth.
  • Cordinate market research and competitive analysis.
