- Manage comments, messages, and online engagement professionally and courteously
- Ensure all content complies with child protection, safeguarding, and privacy policies
- Maintain a consistent and positive brand image for the school
- Monitor social media performance and prepare periodic reports
- Work closely with school management, teachers, and administrative staff to gather content
- Stay updated on digital trends relevant to education and school communications
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably for a school or educational institution
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Good understanding of social media platforms and analytics
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with design and content tools (e.g., Canva) is an advantage
