Role Overview

  • The Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of Social Media Managers, coordinating content strategies, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining high performance across all managed accounts. This role requires social media experience and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate, and supervise Social Media Managers assigned to Project SMI.
  • Plan, review, and approve monthly content calendars and campaign strategies.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, quality, and alignment with client objectives.
  • Monitor team performance, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to team members.
  • Liaise with management and clients, providing regular updates and reports.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize strategies for growth and engagement.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day execution of the project for its full duration. 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years professional experience as a Social Media Manager. 
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Prior experience leading a team or coordinating projects is a strong advantage. 
  • Strong understanding of content planning, analytics, and growth strategies. 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple accounts effectively. 
  • Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
