Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging, creative, and high-quality content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Design visual posts, write compelling captions, and create videos to showcase Myschool’s educational offerings.
  • Grow and manage a loyal online community of Myschool followers, engaging with them through posts, stories, comments, and direct messages.
  • Interact with followers to foster a sense of community and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, challenges, and viral content.
  • Implement current trends into Myschool’s social media strategy to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor social media marketing campaigns, including contests, giveaways, and collaborations with influencers.
  • Track and analyze the performance of campaigns to improve future strategies.
  • Develop and refine Myschool’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Monitor social media metrics and adjust content strategies to meet performance goals.
  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and partners to amplify Myschool’s online presence.
  • Manage and schedule daily posts, stories, and other content on all social media platforms.
  • Use scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social to ensure consistent posting.

Requirements

  • Basic graphic design skills using tools likeCanva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.
  • Strong understanding ofsocial media metricsand analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics) to measure performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write captivating captions and content.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with followers and collaborate with influencers.
  • A natural trend-spotter who can create engaging, innovative, and educational content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to the ever-changing landscape of social media trends.Willingness to experiment with new content formats and strategies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
  • 2 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of managing accounts at a mid-level.
  • Experience growing social media followings and creating viral content.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn) and social media tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
