Job Description
- We are looking for an NYSC Corp Member with a passion for social media management and at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in the field.
Responsibilities
- Ability to manage social media across multiple channels by creating content, posting, and monitoring on different platforms.
- Writing social media posts with captions and updating social media pages.
- Responding to customer feedback and maintaining communications online.
- Creating social media campaigns to increase engagement and target new audiences.
- Collaborating with other team members to create graphic and visual content for dissemination on social media pages.
- Carrying out research for team projects.
- Ability to monitor social media metrics regularly.
- Preparing periodic reports for review by the CMO.
- Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
- Ability to be proactive, have good analytical skills and possess good team spirit.
- Must be creative and tech-savvy.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
Requirements
- BSc in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- NYSC member.
- 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in social media management, especially in Fintech, Edutech, or related fields.
