Job Summary

  • We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media / Sales Executive to manage our online presence, generate leads, and drive sales through digital channels.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, engaging with audiences, and converting followers into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create engaging posts, graphics, and promotional materials to grow audience and increase brand visibility
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to enhance social media performance
  • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Use analytics tools to measure and report social media performance (reach, engagement, conversions)

Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through social media channels, online listings, and inbound inquiries
  • Convert social media followers and leads into customers through consistent engagement and follow-ups
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Prepare and deliver pitches, product information, and service details to potential customers
  • Maintain a customer database and manage client relationships effectively

Marketing & Promotions:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to run online campaigns and promotions
  • Suggest new features or marketing ideas to attract and retain customers
  • Track ROI of paid ads and promotions and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 – 4 years experience (preferred in beauty or lifestyle brands).
