  • The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across all of XFP Productions’ social media platforms. The ideal candidate will develop strategies to grow our audience, increase engagement, and support the promotion of our productions, events, and digital content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company’s marketing and brand objectives.
  • Manage and maintain all official social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
  • Create and publish engaging digital content including videos, reels, graphics, captions, and promotional posts.
  • Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent posting and brand visibility.
  • Monitor social media platforms daily, responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.
  • Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular performance reports.
  • Identify emerging social media trends and implement strategies to grow followers and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the production and creative teams to promote shows, events, and other company initiatives.
  • Execute digital campaigns and promotional activities to increase audience reach and brand awareness.
  • Ensure all social media activities align with the company’s brand voice, values, and communication guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, organization, or media company.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current digital trends.
  • Experience using content creation and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and improve strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
