Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Create, schedule, and post engaging content (text, images, videos, graphics, and stories) across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging.

Community Management & Engagement:

  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, customers, and potential clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster customer relationships by addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and encouraging discussions.
  • Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to expand reach.

Advertising & Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to boost brand visibility and sales.
  • Optimize ads for engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Track ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversion rates.
  • Generate reports with insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer to track success.

Trend Analysis & Innovation:

  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Experiment with new content formats and strategies to maintain relevance.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage trending topics and viral content.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and videographers to produce high-quality visuals and videos.
  • Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and PR teams to align campaigns with overall business goals.
  • Assist in planning and executing social media contests, giveaways, and promotional events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer, Digital Marketer, or Content Creator.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro).
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and insights to improve content performance.
  • Knowledge of paid advertising, influencer marketing, and SEO for social media is a plus.
