Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content (text, images, videos, graphics, and stories) across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
Community Management & Engagement:
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, customers, and potential clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster customer relationships by addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and encouraging discussions.
- Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to expand reach.
Advertising & Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to boost brand visibility and sales.
- Optimize ads for engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Track ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversion rates.
- Generate reports with insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer to track success.
Trend Analysis & Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Experiment with new content formats and strategies to maintain relevance.
- Identify opportunities to leverage trending topics and viral content.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and videographers to produce high-quality visuals and videos.
- Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and PR teams to align campaigns with overall business goals.
- Assist in planning and executing social media contests, giveaways, and promotional events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer, Digital Marketer, or Content Creator.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to analyze data and insights to improve content performance.
- Knowledge of paid advertising, influencer marketing, and SEO for social media is a plus.
