Role Overview:
The Social Media Marketer will plan, create, and execute social media strategies that drive engagement, build brand awareness, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a creative mindset, and the ability to produce high-quality content tailored to our niche audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to generate leads and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Collaborate with the team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the education or training sector.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to design eye-catching graphics and multimedia content.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
