What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging content, graphics, and videos, to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Manage and grow social media accounts by responding to comments and messages timely.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies for better reach and conversions
- Collaborate with designers, and other members to align marketing efforts
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in social media management & digital marketing
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar
- Experience with social media analytics and paid advertising platforms
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
