Responsibilities:
Social Media Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across various social media platforms.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to track the performance of social media campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Performance Analysis:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of social media strategies and campaigns in meeting predefined goals and objectives.
- Identify trends and patterns in social media data to enhance decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize content and campaigns based on performance metrics.
Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct thorough competitive analysis to benchmark our social media performance against industry standards.
- Identify opportunities and areas for improvement by studying competitor strategies and outcomes.
Data Visualization:
- Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand dashboards to communicate social media metrics to various stakeholders.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present insights in a compelling manner.
Strategy Development:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop data-driven social media strategies.
- Provide input on audience targeting, content optimization, and other strategic elements based on metric analysis.
Adaptability and Learning:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies in social media.
- Continuously upgrade skills and knowledge to ensure the application of the latest tools and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Metric Analyst or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- 8Certifications in social media analytics or data analysis are a plus.
