Pack ‘N’ Pay is a product of CIC Integrated Services LTD. CIC was created as a wholesale store that supplies food to offshore catering companies to feed the offshore workers. Pack ’N’ Pay was created as a product that would leverage technology to solve the problems of retailers and wholesalers. Pack ‘N’ Pay officially started operations on January 18th 2021 and launched her ecommerce website on March 1st 2021.
Job Summary
- Pack’N’Pay is looking for a Social Media Officer who is passionate about storytelling, online engagement, and brand building.
- This role involves creating, scheduling, and managing engaging content for Pack’N’Pay’s social media platforms to boost brand awareness, customer interaction, and digital growth. You will work both remotely and on-site as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management:
- Develop creative and relevant content for Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Schedule and publish posts to maintain consistent brand visibility.
- Create short videos, graphics, and written posts tailored to different audiences.
Engagement & Community Building:
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries on social platforms.
- Foster a loyal online community through active engagement.
- Collaborate with customer service to address online complaints or feedback.
Analytics & Growth:
- Monitor and report social media performance metrics weekly/monthly.
- Track trends, hashtags, and viral opportunities to boost reach.
- Suggest and implement strategies to grow followers and engagement rates.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and digital teams to align campaigns.
- Support offline events with live social media coverage.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 - 4 years proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
- Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and algorithms.
- Ability to work both remotely and on-site.
