Key Responsibilities
- Monitor social media channels daily and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop, plan, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms
- Create multimedia content, including graphics, short videos, stories, and written posts.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and messaging.
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints through social platforms.
- Community Engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication or an related course
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms
- Content creation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to generate engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles (SEO, paid ads, branding).
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 per month.
