Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns for the Save 80 Clean Cook Stove.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Craft engaging, persuasive content for various marketing channels including social media, websites, and traditional advertising materials.
  • Collaborate with design teams to produce high-quality promotional materials that align with our brand identity.

Market ResearchandAnalysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to gain insights into consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze marketing data and campaign performance metrics to continuously optimize strategies and tactics.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Sales, Production, and Monitoring & Evaluation units to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners as needed to execute marketing plans effectively.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Provide regular, detailed reports on marketing activities, campaign outcomes, and market trends to senior management.

Digital Marketing:

  • Leverage digital marketing channels to expand reach and engage target audiences effectively.
  • Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to drive online engagement and conversions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • University Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven background in Sales and Marketing, with a track record of successful campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
