Responsibilities
- Develop and post engaging content (images, videos, captions) showcasing menu items, event and behind the scenes moments.
- Manage and maintain the restaurant's social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc)
- Respond to customer's comments, messages and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote menu items, events and offers.
- Monitor and report on social metrics (engagement, reach, clicks) to track performance.
- Ensure consistent branding across all social media platforms
- Provide excellent customer service through social media channels.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers for promoting and reviews.
- Highlight new menu items, specials and promotions
Requirements
- Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience.
- Should possess OND/HND/BSC
- Must reside within Ikotun axis.
