- We’re looking to hire a Part-time Social Media Specialist who can add some serious flair to our online presence.
- If you're a whiz at organic social media outreach, love converting leads into loyal followers, and can whip up reels that'll make people stop scrolling, then you might just be the one we're looking for!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase organic following and engagement.
- Create and curate high-quality content for Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn that resonates with our target audience.
- Convert leads through strategic social media outreach and engagement.
- Generate user-generated content (UCG) to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
- Produce engaging reels that showcase our brand and products/services.
- Repurpose existing video content to optimize its impact across different social media platforms.
- Schedule and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Utilize automation tools to streamline social media management processes.
- Be flexible with working remotely following the EST time zone.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Figma for creating and editing graphics.
- Proven track record of growing an organic following on social media platforms.
- Experience with Canva for graphic editing.
- Strong video editing skills to create captivating content.
- Ability to write effectively on LinkedIn and Twitter, maintaining our brand voice.
- Comfortable appearing on camera for reels, approximately 20% of the time.
