Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Manage social media posts across various channels, primarily focusing on LinkedIn and Meta, with additional attention to Reddit, YouTube, and Twitter.
- Increase brand visibility and engagement through consistent social media presence.
Content Posting:
- Post blogs and other content on the website.
- Ensure content is optimized for search engines and effectively communicates the brand’s message.
Newsletter Optimization:
- Collaborate with the team to strategize and optimize newsletter sign-ups on the website.
- Drive an increase in pipeline and subscriber engagement.
Design Editing:
- Edit and refine marketing templates in Figma to align with brand guidelines and campaign needs.
Data Integration & Reporting:
- Use Databox and Slack integration with HubSpot to monitor key marketing metrics and inform data-driven decision-making.
Marketing Automation (Nice to Have):
- Track and manage HubSpot automations, including demo forms and lead nurturing workflows.
- Experience in this area is highly advantageous but not required.

- Efficient management of HubSpot automations, resulting in streamlined lead nurturing and improved conversion rates.
Creative & Brand-Aligned Designs:
- Production of visually appealing marketing materials that reflect the brand’s identity and resonate with the target audience.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management.
Social Media Expertise:
- Proficiency in managing and posting on social media channels, particularly LinkedIn and Meta.
- Experience with Reddit, YouTube, and Twitter is a plus.
Content Management:
- Experience in posting content on websites.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with HubSpot and its integration is highly advantageous.
- Basic design editing skills in Figma are required.
Analytical Skills:
- Ability to track and interpret key marketing metrics and use data to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
Communication Skills:
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
