Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Create bold, eye-catching posts, reels, stories, and visuals to capture attention and build the brand. You’ll ensure that the content is unique, engaging, and not just cookie-cutter templates.
- Audience Growth: Implement smart, organic strategies to grow the audience across all platforms. You’ll be active in the accounts daily, engaging with the audience, liking, commenting, and responding to direct messages.
- Event Promotion: Promote relevant events through social media channels as part of the content and strategy work.
- Community Engagement: Manage community interactions, responding to questions, comments, and messages to keep followers engaged and connected.
- Platform Optimization: Optimize the company’s YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts for maximum reach and engagement. You’ll also be responsible for launching and growing the TikTok presence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure that content aligns with brand messaging and pushes the creative boundaries.

- Increased Social Media Presence: Successful execution of a social media strategy that grows the company’s presence across all platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Bold & Unique Content: Delivery of creative, attention-grabbing content that stands out from the competition and resonates with the target audience.
- Engaged Audience: Building and nurturing a highly engaged community through active engagement and meaningful interactions across social media platforms.
- Organic Growth: Real, organic audience growth without shortcuts—focusing on smart strategies that boost engagement and attract genuine followers.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on content creation and community engagement across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Content Creation & Design Skills: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Community Engagement: Experience in managing community interactions across multiple platforms, responding to questions, comments, and direct messages.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized & Collaborative: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, work closely with the team, and execute on creative ideas.
