Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management & Content Planning
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Plan and schedule posts, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
- Monitor trends and adapt strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Campaign & Activity Organization
- Plan and launch creative social media campaigns, promotions, and product launch activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive innovative marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better engagement and reach.
Influencer & Celebrity Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers & brand ambassadors to amplify POCO’s reach.
- Build and maintain relationships with tech influencers and key opinion leaders.
- Engage with the POCO community and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Analyze key social media metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Use analytics tools to measure content and campaign performance.
Trend & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tech industry news, and competitor activities.
- Experiment with new formats, trends, and engagement techniques to keep POCO ahead of the curve.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X).
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, trends, and engagement strategies.
- Experience in influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design/video editing is a plus.
