Key Responsibilities:
- Content Calendar Development: Create and manage comprehensive content calendars that align with marketing strategies and business goals.
- Analytics and Monitoring: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Boosting Strategy: Determine which posts to boost and manage the budget allocation for boosting to maximize reach and engagement.
- Content Creation: Craft compelling post captions and hashtags that align with brand messaging and resonate with the target audience.
- Platform Management: Strategically manage social media platforms, focusing on LinkedIn and Meta, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Paid Social Media Experience: Run ads and manage basic performance analysis using metrics such as CPA and CPC. You will be provided with the ads and strategy to implement.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients, presenting strategies and reports in a clear and professional manner. (Being client-facing is nice to have but not required.)

Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with B2C and B2B marketing strategies and practices.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative flair. Must be a strong writer capable of crafting engaging and persuasive content.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using social media analytics tools and basic understanding of paid social media metrics like CPA and CPC. Experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Emplifi is required.
- Creative Background: Strong creative skills with the ability to develop innovative content and strategies.
- Client Facing: Ability to interact professionally with clients and present strategic plans effectively is nice to have.
