RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee onboarding processes and ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and employees.
- Manage payroll computation and salary schedule.
- Organize and oversee quarterly or annual performance reviews.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in back-end development, with expertise in languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, or .NET.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Solid understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (like HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for seamless integration.
- Strong knowledge of database management and architecture.
- Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
- Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (e.g. AngularJS, Git)
- Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate)
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
- Attention to detail
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
