  • As the Specialist, Solution Delivery, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end software delivery process across multiple platforms and cross-functional teams.
  • You will coordinate and lead Agile practices, manage delivery timelines, and ensure technical excellence to support Ikeja Electric’s digital transformation and operational efficiency.

You’ll contribute to:

  • Leading Agile software delivery processes, ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
  • Collaborating with software developers, architects, and stakeholders to define and deliver quality technical solutions.
  • Validating technical design documents and ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards.
  • Ensuring tool accessibility and readiness of the delivery environment.
  • Managing project plans and delivery timelines, while creating a motivating and productive team environment.
  • Ensuring smooth transition of solutions into operations, meeting all SLAs and operational expectations.
  • Coordinating with Product Owners and stakeholders to align roadmaps with business needs.
  • Driving digitization, continuous process improvements, and adoption of DevOps practices.
  • Supporting post-release services and collaborating with QA, UX, DevOps, and Technical Writing teams.

Technical Competencies

  • Professional certification e.g., PMP/PRINCE II
  • Cloud Certification (AWS, Azure or GCP)
  • Knowledge of Agile & DevOps methodologies
  • Previous success in producing deliverable software platforms
  • Experience developing in-house platforms for internal processes

Minimum Requirement

  • This opportunity is a Supervisory role.
  • You will coordinate and lead Agile practices, manage delivery timelines, and ensure technical excellence to support Ikeja Electric’s digital transformation and operational efficiency.
  • This role directly reports to the Lead, IT Enterprise Applications. Successful applicants will typically possess the following criteria:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree information Technology or Computer Science, or a related field.

Work Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in in a software development environment.
  • Practical experience as a Project Administrator/Coordinator or in similar capacities.
  • Experience in completing software delivery projects within scope, time, and budget.
