- Multigate seeks a Solutions Delivery Associate who will play a critical role in the end-to-end implementation and delivery of its solutions to corporates, financial institutions and partners. This role ensures structured execution, stakeholder coordination and post-go-live stabilisation without compromising speed, quality or control. The ideal candidate blends technical depth, operational discipline and excellent project management skills.
- Multigate is looking for an Individual to deliver Multigate's treasury and trade infrastructure solutions with precision, discipline and stakeholder clarity to clients whilst ensuring every implementation project is structured, compliant and scalable.
Key Outcomes
- Successful end-to-end implementation for clients and/or partners within agreed timelines
- Accurate documentation of business and functional requirements
- Structured execution of SIT/UAT and production go-live
- Clear, timely stakeholder communication during implementation
- Reduced onboarding friction through process optimisation

Competencies (Must-Have Skills & Behaviours)
Technical & Functional
- Strong understanding of treasury management and cross-border payments
- Working knowledge of SWIFT messaging, payment rails, API and ERP integrations
- Solid business analysis and requirements documentation skills
- Familiarity with enterprise software implementation processes
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro or equivalent project tracking tools

Critical Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in fintech, banking infrastructure or enterprise SaaS delivery
- Experience supporting multi-stakeholder implementations
- Exposure to treasury systems, trade finance workflows or financial messaging environments
- PMP or formal project management training is an advantage
