Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to assess their current payroll practices and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and recommend tailored global payroll strategies to meet clients' unique needs and objectives.
- Provide guidance on payroll compliance, tax regulations, and labor laws in multiple countries to ensure clients maintain legal and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to provide comprehensive solutions for clients, including HR, finance, and tax specialists.
- Stay up-to-date on global payroll legislation, trends, and best practices to continuously improve service offerings and maintain industry expertise.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, workshops, and webinars on global payroll topics to educate clients and industry professionals.
Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales for global payroll solutions at a unicorn start-up on tech company
- Experience and understanding best-in-class HCM and ERP payroll-based integration
- Experience at a start-up or in a scrappy, fast-moving environment
- Willingness to travel inside and outside of territory
- Excellent communication skills in English (multilingual capability is a bonus)

- Experience navigating cross-browser and cross-platform development challenges.
- Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.
- Knowledge of additional tech stacks or expertise across multiple technical domains.
