Job Summary
Server and System Administration Operations
- Build, design, deploy, maintain, and lead the implementation of cloud solutions across multiple public offerings, e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, Huawei Cloud.
- Help implement the technology direction, vision, and strategy to enable cloud technology adoption.
- Implement and refine cloud future state architectures and roadmaps in line with standards, guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Recognize and resolve all business issues and impact as it relates to IT systems infrastructure.
- Participate in the design, implementation, and management of workload automation initiatives.
- Adhere to firm Change Management, Problem Management policies and familiarity with ITIL or other formalized IT Operations foundation.
- Assess urgency of issues and facilitate follow-up and resolution accordingly including service quality initiatives to support highly product availability environment.
- Assist IT security team to develop and support organizational security standards.
- Ensures all flagged vulnerabilities are closed.
- Coordinates the implementation and updating of patches on servers and clients’ machines to protect information.
- Provide regular reports on cloud services and on-premises.
- Assist in responding to regular reviews from ITGRC team.
- Support and assist in implementation IT Security Projects.
- Ensures on enterprises certificates are managed properly and are renewed at the right time in collaboration with IT Security team.
- Performs any other duties as may be required from time to time.
- Provide occasional out of hours support.
- Identifies opportunities to simplify IT systems operations through continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 - 5 Years working experience, preferably in a Telecommunication and IT solutions industry
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, engineering, Information Technology
- ITIL Foundation is required.
- Advance knowledge of Azure platform.
- Advance skill on Linux administration.
- Microsoft Azure Administrator Certification is recommended.
- Background IT knowledge on Virtual Machines, Networks, and other IT Infrastructure aspects.
- CompTIA A+ certified is required or equivalent.
