- To develop and manage agriculture-related non-interest banking product papers and maintain a healthy portfolio for the bank.
Educational Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Must have a valid NYSC Certificate
- Strong Business Analysis & Negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of the Market/Sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business goals.
